Ciudad de la Paz (Spanish: [θjuˈðað ðe la ˈpaθ], lit. 'City of Peace'), previously known as Djibloho or Oyala, is the capital city of Equatorial Guinea, having replaced Malabo on 2 January 2026. Established as an urban district in Wele-Nzas in 2015, it is also the administrative headquarters of Djibloho, Equatorial Guinea's newest province created in 2017, and is located near the town of Mengomeyén.
